Low Turnout Predicted in Glasgow

Forty minutes before the voting ends and I speak to Gordon Masterton, Scottish Green Party candidate for Glasgow Central. He’s just returned, slightly stunned, from visiting polling stations across Glasgow. Glasgow will be lucky to see even a 40% turnout, he tells me. What does this mean for the SGP?
