Pablo Navarrete, Caracas: The BBC´s portal on Latin America in Spanish, BBC Mundo, is asking for the public´s view on Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez. The piece is introduced by Teodoro Petkoff, a former Communist guerilla who now edits the opposition newspaper ´Tal Cual´ and who represents one of the more sensible voices from the Venezuelan opposition.
