Hugo Chavez's fears are not unfounded.
The U.S has a long fame of intervening
and imposing policies,governments and
candidates with the seal of approval from
the U.S embassy.

There is a joke from an Argentinian Analyst
Emilio Garcia Mendez who said : "Why the U.S never had a Coup D' Etat?"
"Answer:Because the U.S is the only country
in the planet which doesn't have an
AMERICAN EMBASSADOR".
